Required Forms

Students are required to complete the proper forms and hand them in on time in order to be considered for the Ski and Snowboard Club. The must be signed by the student and parent/guardian.​​

Forms will be available: Start of November

Due Dates:
Forms due online:  Friday, November 17th, 2023 at 2:20 pm
Payment SchoolCashOnline due: Friday, November 24th, 2023
Note: payment link will only be shared with students selected to attend.
