Dear Parents/Guardians:

Important announcement below:

Ski Club (for those parents with children in the club), pick-up of student skiers has been a real safety concern upon return of the buses from the ski hill.

In order to enhance the safety of your child(ren),

* please do not park on Dozois Road or Mitch Owens

* pull right in to the parking lot and find a parking spot -
          -
DO NOT BLOCK any lane ways
          -
DO NOT wait/park in front of the school
     - remember, 3 coach buses need to pull in and safely unload all the students
     -
you are able to park in the teacher lot as well

* do not park in the fire lane in front of the school. Not only is this a fire safety concern, it also prevents the buses from entering to unload

* please respect the one way signs

* the return time is scheduled for 9 p.m for the evenings and 6:30pm for the day trip.
     - being on time will assist with an orderly process. Please note that the school is typically closed at these times.

* finally, please be patient. Everyone would like to get home asap in a safe manner. Your full cooperation would be greatly appreciated. (There are over 160 students and staff involved in this club).

Thank you
